 What to do when you feeling really down ?

Did you ever felt like getting bored more than its healthy? Or maybe you know how it feels being depressed , feeling isolated, guilty ?
There are so many unpleasant feeling, emotions that hinders us to go trough our daily life successfully.

So let me share with you , what I have found out that helps elevate the unpleasant feelings, as loneliness and pain of soul.

Listen to some music, let the words talk to you. Kind of music like Marc Anthony has, and many more
Do something that you enjoy, for example buy a new book, draw a picture,
Go for walk, go to swim, it helps amazingly
Talk to someone, you don't need to talk about you pain for instance, call some one, even talk about the wetter for few moments can easy your pain.
Go to movie, drop buy of your favorite restaurant
Get a long shower, bathing
